We strive to mitigate redundancy or lack of action, and to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness, thus avoiding silos, through, in part, the consistent use of technology centralizing all client-related elements. The responsiveness is monitored by the Managing Relationship Partner based on an internal review of the communication elements as well as with a quarterly meeting with the client in order to review independently all aspects of our relationship (such as the quality of service delivery the client is receiving, the responsiveness of our lawyers, etc.).
