Our Client Team provides a comprehensive mechanism to tightly link legal teams in providing seamless client service across various legal practices. The Client Team delivers the benefits of coordination, convenience and lower cost for work, combined with exceptional expertise; to our clients. We believe that good communication is the key to ensuring client satisfaction throughout the life of any client adviser relationship.
Our Client Relationship philosophy is centered on the Voice of the Client (VOC). We integrate the outcome of client feedback into our firm's culture. We strive to mitigate redundancy or lack of action, and to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness, thus avoiding silos, through, in part, the consistent use of technology centralizing all client-related elements. The responsiveness is monitored by the Managing Relationship Partner based on an internal review of the communication elements as well as with a quarterly meeting with the client in order to review independently all aspects of our relationship (such as the quality of service delivery the client is receiving, the responsiveness of our lawyers, etc.).
